Fluoridation reports, <1974>-[ongoing] (bulk <1985>-[ongoing]).

As part of their mandate to protect drinking water supplies in Massachusetts, the Division of Water Supply and its immediate predecessor have set standards for fluoridating drinking water supplies and have offered technical assistance to communities treating their water supplies, pursuant to MGLA c 111, s 8G. Series is created to determine deviation from fluoridation standards established by the division pursuant to 310 CMR 22.06. Communities are required to submit reports on a monthly basis; violators are reported to the federal Environmental Protection Agency on a quarterly basis.
